From the looks of it, the cast isn’t very big at the moment. I haven’t found anything on the episode count but hopefully they won’t stretch it like Come Eat Shan Shan. I’m okay with a thirteen story miniseries.

Not quite familiar with chinese actor. except a few… 🙂 so who is the guy that is xiao nai and the girl who play wei wei? .. Hope it will be as interesting as the book…
The hair! The hair! Why is that bad helmet hairstyle plaguing all the hotties playing Gu Man’s male leads? 🙁 First, Feng Teng in the drama adaptation sported that style and now my poor Xiao Nai. Perhaps this is the new hip style for handsome men in China and someone forgot to send me the memo? 🙁
I hope they do a good job with the ancient/game scenes because those were my favorite parts of the story.
It’s the stylish “Asian” hair style. Everyone has it. Though I don’t know what hair Xiao Nai would have. What did you think his hairstyle should have been?
Hopefully, it would be early in 2016. It depends on the network buying it (which should be Jiangsu TV based on the last two Gu Man adaptations). Also, it’s probably going to be online for those in China. Hopefully, someone will upload it for the rest of us.
